Divisional Manager

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Divisional Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Responsible for ensuring Customer
• Relationship Management and Growth
• Identify client needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Maintain and grow current business
• Responsible for the operational management
• Plan and direct activities of the campus in line with business objectives or contract
• Direct, control and coordinate the activities of the campus to ensure adherence to all legal standards
• Ensure consistency in the business delivery methodology
• Responsible for financial activities and functions
• Ensure continuous management of pipeline projections to ensure accurate forecasting
• Manage campus costs and overheads in line with budget
• Ensure achievement of budgeted GP’s
• Ensure existence of signed Commercial Agreements and /or Letters of Intent across client base
• Ensure adherence to accreditation requirement and ATTt Quality Management System including ISO
• Ensure effective utilization and accurate updating of the learner management system
• Ensure academic integrity in the delivery methodology
• Responsible for the HR and administration function within team
• Manage the performance of the campus staff in line with the People Development Policy
• Ensure effective implementation of current HR policies and procedures and labour legislation

Requisites

• A relevant NQF 5 qualification, or equivalent thereof
• Own vehicle and drivers license
• Education, training & development specific knowledge
• Knowledge of ISO and the relevant SETA systems
• Innovative ability in providing customized training solutions to clients
