Connect is hiring an Export Assistant for Beira.

Duties
  • Preparing / Supervising Export support documents
  • Establish constant communication with Customs and Port authorities, maintaining cooperate relationship
  • Coordinate stock requirement with Production on a daily Basis
  • Coordinate Export Loadings (Communicating with Clients and in‐house warehouse) on a daily basis
  • Record and Maintain export data of daily loading and Payment by client
  • Develop and send weekly and monthly reports of Export loadings to the Export Manager
  • Issue Proforma / Invoices and other relevant documents for all Export deals
  • Update the billing system regularly
  • Perform other tasks as needed and when requested by superiors
Requisites
  • 12th Grade in relevant area
  • 3 years experience in handling Import / Export procedures (Mandatory)
  • Good computer skills
  • Verbal and written proficiency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory)
  • High negotiation skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Accurate and organized
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
