Connect is hiring an Export Assistant for Beira.
Duties
- Preparing / Supervising Export support documents
- Establish constant communication with Customs and Port authorities, maintaining cooperate relationship
- Coordinate stock requirement with Production on a daily Basis
- Coordinate Export Loadings (Communicating with Clients and in‐house warehouse) on a daily basis
- Record and Maintain export data of daily loading and Payment by client
- Develop and send weekly and monthly reports of Export loadings to the Export Manager
- Issue Proforma / Invoices and other relevant documents for all Export deals
- Update the billing system regularly
- Perform other tasks as needed and when requested by superiors
Requisites
- 12th Grade in relevant area
- 3 years experience in handling Import / Export procedures (Mandatory)
- Good computer skills
- Verbal and written proficiency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- High negotiation skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Accurate and organized
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
