Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Field Coordinator, to be based in Many Locations, Mozambique.
Duties
- Coordinate all the field-activities related to the identification and selection of participants for the two work readiness courses
- Coordinate all the activities related to the textbook writing and the training delivery in the subjects the work readiness training is composed of
- Ensure the complementarity of the theoretical training with the practical training in the work readiness training course
- Ensure any coordination with other institutions for the training delivery
- Ensure a smooth coordination with the IT component of the programme and the career development component
- Design of TORs for local trainers/instructors for training delivery and support
- Direct management of instructors
Requisites
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s in a field related to Social Sciences
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in community development work and the organisation of training at community level
- Strong knowledge of the Mozambican socioeconomic and cultural context
- Familiarity with pro-poor innovatives in rural education
- Readiness to work in remote locations
- Fluency in Portuguese and the knowledge of at least one local languages spoken in the North of Mozambique is desirable and the readiness to work with national an indigenous language interpreter, whenever necessary
