Field Worker

CISM is recruiting a Field Worker, to be based in Manhiça.

Duties

• Help with economic data collection and management
• Provide support in on site data collection where needed
• Coordinate and supervise the economic data collection process in the field, working closely with the economic team
• The field worker will also be involved in analytical aspects of the data collection process
• Monitor the entire data collection process, from training of enumerators, quality control during the field work to data entry, to ensure data quality

Requisites

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience on data collection and management
• Experience in data collection monitoring

Languages

• Knowledge of Portuguese and local languages in Manhiça/Magude

Skills

• High level of conceptual and strategic thinking
• Good understanding of data entry and analysis
• Computer skills especially Word and Excel
• Ability to drive a motorbike
