RSM is recruiting for its cliente, a Prestige Bank that will start operating in the mozambican market, a Head of Corporate Banking, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Formulation and implementation of Sectoral strategy within IBG II
- Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Institutional Banking
- Development of Institutional Banking Products and Services
- Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
- Development and management of Institutional banking risk management framework
- Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
- Development and implementing of efficient and effective customer service framework/guidelines
- To liaise with Asset Management and ensure a good deposit mix so as to achieve maximum yield on funds
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director/MD
Requisites
- A good first degree in any discipline relevante. Masters’ degree will be an advantage
- A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 14 years’ experience in a bank with experience at least 5 years in institutional marketing
