CISM is recruiting a Health Systems Implementation Coordinator, to be based in Manhiça.
Duties
- Overall supervision of field interventions
- Guarantee the appropriate progress of activities in the field
- Provide overall support to the Programme Director and the Research Coordinator
- Mentoring the Field Operations Manager in Mozambique
- Work and communicate with the overall Malaria elimination team at CISM and ISGlobal
- Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
- Trips between Barcelona and Manhiça as required
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience managing teams
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing health systems
- Knowledge of English and Portuguese
- High level of conceptual and strategic thinking
