Hotel Operating Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Day-to-day control of the work of hotel employees. Organization of weekly shifts, control of entry and exit schedules, direction and supervision of the tasks performed by employees
• Control of stocks, inputs and outputs of products and inventories
• Control of restaurant and room boxes
• Ordering to the logistics manager, under the supervision of the general management of the hotel
• Supervision of the correct state of the facilities. Inform the person in charge of maintenance and general management of the hotel of possible incidents
• Customer Support. Reception of hotel guests. Follow-up during your stay and organization of your activities
• Supervision of the bar-restaurant service
• Control of reservations
• Possible organization of client transfers
• Report reports to the general management of the hotel
• Get the high standards of the hotel

Requisites

• English and Portuguese high
• Good presence and communicative capacity
• Leadership, commitment, organization and desire to learn and face new challenges
• Flexibility
• Demonstrated experience in Hospitality, especially in management of work teams and customer service
• Computer skills
