Eazi Access Rental is recruiting a HR Administration and Recruitment Specialist (m/f), to be based in Matola, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Job purpose: HR Administration, Recruitment, Policies and controls
  • Personnel:
  • Ensuring that new employees complete all relevant new engagement documentation, and that all is filed on the personal file
  • Selection & Recruitment & Exit:
  • Source, interview reference check, qualification screening
  • Process all on boarding paperwork according to company standard
  • Exit Management:
  • Administer all relevant exit’s by ensuring forms is completed before exiting.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Accurate Reconciliation of Payroll 01 and Weekly Payroll. All relevant reporting of Payroll 01 and Weekly Payroll
  • Weekly & Monthly reports – e.g O? T, Leave and Checklists
  • Training Records:
  • Updating of all employee training records
Requisites
  • HR qualification advantageous
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, essential
