Aldelia is recruiting a HR Administrator Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Maintain employee records both soft and hard copies
  • Update HR database (new hires, vacations, sick leaves, individual files)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus
  • Process Employee requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and Seminars
  • Keep track of all HR Processes
  • Keep all Employee Personal Files Updated
  • Manage HR correspondence with other departments
  • Assist in keeping records of employee trainings
  • Administer all physical HR folders
  • Prepare letters to relevant government institutions, such as requests for clearance certificates to the Revenue Authority and Social Security
  • Draft Employment Contracts (Locals and Expats)
Requisites
  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in English (an advantage)
