Aldelia is recruiting a HR Administrator (m/f), to be based in Temane, Mozambique.
Duties
- Perform overall HR administrative tasks
- Perform HR analytics: regular reports, interpretation, trends and analysis relevant for decision making
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and separation of employees
- Organize and update HR documentation
- Create, update and maintain employee personal files and data
- Provide inputs in regular HR processes
- Assist in the implementation of people processes
- Support the HR processes, practices and systems to achieve enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
- Proactively support and educate employees and line management on HR processes
Requisites
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Human Resources/Behavioural/Business Sciences/Accounting
- 3 - 5 years of experience as HR generalist or Assistant
- Conversant with usual business suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient with Excel at Advanced Level
