Aldelia is recruiting a HR Coordinator (m/f), to be based in Mocímboa da Praia, Mozambique.
Duties
- Oversee all HR administrative activities and case management on HR matters
- Advise the Management on all payroll-related matters
- Collates up to date time sheets for payroll purposes
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare and Revise HR related policies and procedures
- Liaise with external partners
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Provide HR/Legal advice to Managers/Supervisors
- Responsible for employee induction, development and training
- Contracts Management – renewal or termination process
- Elaboration of employment Contracts
Requisites
- Degree in Law, Human Resources, Administration or related field – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles – Mandatory
- English Proficiency is Mandatory
