Duties
- Assist and monitor all HR related requirements in Pemba, including Administration, Travel, Visa and Work Permit Processes, General Services and Contracts under the direction of HR Head Office in Maputo
- Assist in all Administration matters concerning local and expatriate employees
- Act as the HR Focal Point in Pemba location
- Process employee requests in coordination with head-office in Maputo
- Administer all physical HR folders in Pemba
- Liaise with all relevant government institutions in Pemba on relevant HR matters (including Work Permits and Immigration matters)
- Prepare and submit Work Permit applications at the relevant local Labor Authorities
- Follow up on all work permit processes submitted in Pemba
- Handle travel related requirements for employees (both locals and expatriates)
- Handle Visa and all immigration related requirements for both locals and expatriate employees
- Handle Service contracts on SAP
- Coordinate missions of employees coming to Pemba from different locations
- Prepare and submit a weekly report on personnel on mission deployed to Pemba
- Perform other relevant HR General Services tasks, including housing and transportation services
Requisites
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or other relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Good Computer Skills as a user
- Experience working with SAP - a plus
