HR Vice Directo

PRI is recruiting a HR Vice Director, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Responsible to maintain the human resources plan, payroll of whole company, including head office and provincial branches
• Participate in the executive level in annual headcount and budget plan of company
• Responsible for the compliance with local labor and other related laws, regulations. Make sure the employment contract, compensation, working agreement, staff policy and other related document does not violate with existing laws and regulations
• Plan the periodical employee performance assessment of departments, branches. Collect and provide to finance department the monthly, quarterly, annual Ki of all staff to calculate salary and bonus
• Responsible for company\'s recruitment, termination, retirement policy. Review and improve company\'s discipline guidelines, performance appraisal. Support department, branch and other manager to implement and execute staff policies
• Performing other requests from CEO

Requisites

• Graduate laws or administrative degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management
• Age from 35
• Preferred Mozambique citizen
• Can work overtime in high pressure environment
