Likusasa is recruiting a HSE Manager, to be based in Maputo.

Duties
  • Reporting to the General Manager in Mozambique and to the Group HSE Manager in South Africa, the selected candidate will be the responsible in Mozambique to assist in ensuring the prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment., and also to prevent hazards arising leading to occupational ill health on projects
Requisites
  • Mozabican Nationality
  • SAMTRAC or equivalent Safety qualification
  • HSE Incident Investigation qualification
  • HSE Auditing course
  • HIRA qualification
  • Safety Officer Qualification
  • 2 years industrial / construction experience
  • Good communication skills - Fluent English and Portuguese is a must
  • Technical capability
  • Ability to train and motivate
  • Mathematical and organizational skills
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of ISO 1880 and 14001 systems
  • MS Office Suite
  • Driving License
