Human Resources (HR) and Operations

DAI is recruiting for Feed The Future Value Chain a Human Resources (HR) and Operations, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Maintains all local staff human resource files, tracks staff vacation and leave balances
• Coordinates logistics including hotel reservations and project driver schedules
• Assists the Human Resources and Operations Manager to ensure inventory is submitted and managed in the inventory tracking system
• Acts as the general point of contact for receiving of goods and inspection process
• Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures as set forth in the Field Operations Policy Manual
• Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the Human Resources and Operations Manager which are consistent with his/her qualifications, this Position Description and the general requirements of the project

Requisites

• A college degree in a relevant field preferred (such as business administration)
• Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks
• Must have English and Portuguese language proficiency, verbal and written
• Supervisor: HR and Operations Manager
