Internal Regulations Specialist

Feed the Future Value Chain is recruiting a Internal Regulations Specialist, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Review all sections of the DAI Field Operations Manual and produce a summary of key policies pertaining to Human Resources Management, in line with Mozambique Labor Law
• Review the finance section of the DAI Field Operations Manual and produce a summary of key policies that will guide DAI Financial Management, in line with Mozambican Fiscal law and the Mozambique Commercial Code applicable for For Profit Organizations
• Review the procurement Section of the DAI Field Operations Manual, and produce a summary of key policies that guide the FTF Inova Procurement processes
• The procurement policies will also include a section that guides procurement of public goods and services, assets and inventory management

Requisites

• Academic training at the level of Honors Degree in Law or Human Resources Management
• Proven experience of more than 5 (five) years of service in the legal field in similar organizations
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Law (commercial and labor and legislation, corporate taxation in force in Mozambique)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Mozambican citizen
• Prompt availability
