IT Manager (m/f)

Duties

• To strategically manage the Technology function to drive delivery in line with each company commercial targets and strategies
• To ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
• To ensure the effective and efficient management of activities and resources to enable best IT services planning, implementation, optimization, operations and maintenance
• To outline the goals for research and development
• To create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services
• To ensure effective delivery of Network Operations and coordination of all infrastructure decisions for each company
• To make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements
• To set and effectively manage technology CAPEX and OPEX budgets implementing smart cost management guidelines in line with group directions
• To ensure the effective management of IT systems architecture, planning, implementation and operations to deliver the quality, availability and capacity required to support all business units
• To maintain a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market
• To plan, architect, design, build, test and deliver efficient and effective customer-oriented IT solutions
• To stay on top of technology trends and developments
• To facilitate and drive digital transformation through the adoption of new technologies and agile methodologies
• To manage technology budgets and time frames
• To self-assess and take initiative for own capacity building
• To carry out other tasks assigned by the Management
