IT Manager

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a IT Manager, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
• Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
• Requisites
• Degree in IT field
• Solid knowledge of Software and Hardware installation and maintenance
• 7 years of experience
• Good knowledge of Database and Primavera
• Good knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Understanding of complex information and requirements
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
