Junior Manager

Heading is recruiting a Junior Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• The Junior Manager will report directly to the General Manager and the Head of Business and will be responsible for running the day to day Operations
• Manage clients relationships, acquire new clients and manage a team of Consultants, junior and senior

Requisites

• Degree in HR, Marketing, Management or similar is mandatory
• Professional experience of more than 3 years overall is mandatory
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory
• Excellent writing skills in Portuguese and English is mandatory
• Experience in the Consultancy business will be considered an advantage
• Experience in leading teams will be considered an advantage
• Experience abroad, living or studying will be considered an advantage
