Junior Treasure Cashier

Duties

• Assist with daily cash management and monitor bank accounts for accurate transaction recording
• Perform data entry of financial transactions into the ERP system (e.g., payments, receipts, bank transfers)
• Reconcile bank statements with internal records and ensure consistency between systems
• Support the preparation of treasury reports, including cash flow projections and liquidity analysis
• Assist in processing payments to vendors, employees, and other parties according to company policies
• Maintain and update financial records in the ERP system to ensure data integrity
• Provide general administrative support to the treasury team, including filing, document management, and record-keeping
• Assist in monitoring the company’s cash position and help identify any discrepancies or potential issues
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Treasury Manager or senior team members

Requisites

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or in progress)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Basic understanding of financial principles and treasury functions
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel
• Prior experience with data entry and working with financial software is a plus, but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
