Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Key Accounts Manager, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Promotes the company values as reflected in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives
- Achievement of Sales Goals - Exceed forecast by maximizing sales opportunities and profits with existing customers, identifying new prospects, establishing new customers
- New Account Acquisition – prospecting for new business opportunities and engaging with large established clinical customers
- Account Management – Follow standardized sales processes; establish/maintain executive level relationships within assigned accounts. Maintain accurate and complete territory database; generate sales funnel for sales projections, manage expenses, track lost business, issue and follow-up on quotes, manage customer contracts as primary company contact, help resolve customer satisfaction issues
- Internal Projects and Relationships - Actively participates with operations, marketing or other departments to drive new processes/products/services that have national impact, (e.g. mentoring new employees, project leadership)
- Gathering Market Intelligence - Reporting all market trends and competitive intelligence. Participation in tradeshows for new account acquisition and competitive insight to provide back to marketing
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Requisites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strategic selling skills
- Demonstrates ability to plan and prioritize work
- Demonstrates persuasive selling skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales environmen
