PRI is recruiting a Kitchen Manager, to be based in Several Places, Mozambique.
Duties
- Purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques
- Ensure that the companies standards are upheld: the food looks good and is cooked properly, the proportions are correct, and it is cooked and served quickly
- Also make sure that the kitchen is properly cleaned on a regular schedule, food is disposed of properly and the kitchen meets all sanitary standards
Requisites
- Customer-Service: Must be able to interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous
- A bachelor\'s degree in food service management or similar
- Attention to Detail: have to keep a eye on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Management Skills
