Heading is recruiting for its client, an Oil and Gas Company, a Lifting and Scheduling Specialist (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Ensure the completion of all lifting & scheduling related activities under the direction of the commercial operations manager
- In coordination with the commercial operations manager and the relevant internal/external functions
- Preparation of annual LNG and condensate lifting forecasts
- Preparation of near-term LNG and condensate lifting schedules
- Notify the relevant local authorities and lifting parties in respect of each specific lifting/offtake operation, by providing information, including layman for the lifting, the lifting parties, the sequence/reference numbers of the lifting, etc, as may be required under the contract and applicable law
- Ensure timely completion of qualitative and geometric clearance of all nominated vessels calling at Coral FLNG, in coordination with the relevant internal/external functions
- Coordinate with local authorities as may be required to support inward clearance of the nominated vessels calling at coral FLNG, including where required timely submission of relevant documents for the clearance
- Liaise as may be required with local authorities for the nomination of their representatives who may be required to participate in lifting operations
- Prepare draft-shipping documents in coordination with the relevant internal/external functions in order to share and finalize shipping documentation with lifting parties after completion of lifting operations
- Ensure timely communication and operational support for the conduct of lifting operations including through effective communication among the involved parties in relation to lifting operations
- Support the completion of the necessary customs clearance activities for export of LNG and condensate as may be required under law and in accordance with company processes
Manage, maintain, and keep records of all lifting activities and documents, including copies of shipping documents, batch report and other relevant documents received from the terminal
Requisites
- Degree in a relevant Engineering, Economics or Geotechnical subject
- 5 years experience in a relevant role
- LNG/Gas commercialization
- Economic analysis
- Conversant with various types of agreements such as farm-in agreement
- Joint operating agreement
- Facility sharing agreement etc
- PSC contract
- Gas processing and lifting procedures
- Fluent in portuguese and english
