Logistics Manager

Heading is recruiting a Logistics Manager, to be based in Several Places.

Duties

• Manage Haulage and in-bound transport
• Manage SLA with suppliers
• Manage Trade Services
• Manage SHEQ and Compliance to all E3 requirements, Logistics costs within agreed parameters
• Manage Hauling and in bound handling costs (identify synergies and opportunities for managing costs in process)
• Manage People: Ensure People Development, Performance Management and Recruited & selected staff
• Manage haulage (by looking at Scheduling, Turn-around time, Fleet availability, Outsource, agreements (when applicable) and Manage in-bound transport (Expediting of raw material delivery, Efficient truck utilisation)

Requisites

• Bacharel degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain
• Experience in Warehouse Management, Distribution and Operations
• Experience of 5 years in logistics or minimum 10 years LWD (Logistics, Wharehouse and Distribution) hands-on experience
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
