Logistics Officer

Twigg Exploration & Mining is recruiting a Logistics Officer, to be based in Nacala and Balama, Mozambique.

Duties

• Assist the Inspections, Request the Credential and the M&E and Customs Reports
• Organize and Sign All Mandatory Documents and Protocols to Shipment Process in Nacala
• Produce the CDF Report for Each Truck/Container/Shipment in Nacala
• Plan and Produce Packing List, Container, Shipment and Trucks Movements Reports from/to CDF Warehouse
• Control and Supervise the Inspections to Truck Before and After Loading in The CDF Warehouse
• Reporting of Balama and Nacala Inventory
• Reporting and Control of Trucks Arrival and Departure from/to Balama/Nacala
• Prepare Reports to Be Sent to/Received from Grindrod Every End Day
• Close Interaction with Balama/Dubai/Perth
• Generate Integrated Production and Logistic Plans
• Assist to Produce Integrated Production Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually
• Assist to Ensure the Full Process to Dispatch Samples in Pemba

Requisites

• Degree in Administration, Logistic, Mining or Business area (at least Grade 12 Terminated)
• Logistic and/or Mining knowledge
• At least 3 Years’ Experience
• Serious, Responsible, Integrate, Proactive and collaborative to work within a team environment
