Maintenance Foreman

US Embassy is recruiting a Maintenance Foreman, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• The incumbent supervises approximately 8 staff across all trades, and coordinates and supervises maintenance and repair work in housing and office buildings
• The incumbent will function under the supervision of a supervisor or the Assistant Facility Manager in the accomplishment of duties and assignments

Requisites

• Completion of 10th grade
• Additional 2 years of technical training in plumbing or electrical work is required
• One year professional maintenance experience in one building trade
• Additional two years of supervisory experience is required
• Level III (good working knowledge) English is required
