Enko Education Sekeleka is recruiting a Marketing & Admissions Officer, to be based in Tete, Mozambique.
Duties
- Attend appointments with Head of School or Enrollment Officer, and progressively on one’s own to present the programme to external stakeholders
- Project-manage and take part in media campaigns and marketing events (promotional events, press conferences, open days, exhibitions, visits)
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content
- Liaise with the public, media, relevant stakeholders to promote the school and the success of its activities and enhance the school’s presence
- The Marketing and Admissions Officer will also administer the school’s social media platforms:
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
- Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Requisites
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a renowned university
- Prior work experience in a international environment or in a relevant position is required
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills
- Knowledge of Tete and Tete schools preferred but not required
- Exceeds at building and maintaining commercial relationships
- Shares our excitement and understands the challenges of offering affordable international education
- Impeccable organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools a plus
- Thorough understanding of social media, with demonstrated creativity and documented immersion
