Mechanical Supervisor

Heading is recruiting for a client a Mechanical Supervisor, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Leads and Supervises the Mechanical section in maintenance related jobs
• Resolves technical problems, provides assistance in trouble shooting
• Issues reports on major failures and will implement suitable actions to minimize or eliminate recurrence of the problems
• Formulates preventive maintenance schedules and associated procedures and checklists
• Formulates training program for electrical technicians
• Develops training materials and other quality documentation

Requisites

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Knowledge and experience with maintenance task, work flow and process
• Experience in Flour Mills
• Knowledge of Buhler machinery (This will be huge advantage)
• Knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluency in English
• Health and safety knowledge
