Mobility Analyst (m/f)

Duties

• Coordinate the process of recruiting expatriates, international, preparing the comparative Balance Sheet to assist the manager in decision making
• Prepare an Expatriates and International Management report
• Create, prepare, validate and disseminate Mobility Rules and Procedures that suit our current reality, and update them whenever necessary
• Ensure that Mobility standards are disseminated, complied with and easily accessible by all stakeholders in the Mobility process, as well as providing guidance and appropriate solutions whenever necessary
• Develop contract extensions for Internationals, Expatriates and Local Foreigners, and ensure that this information reaches all stakeholders in the process
• Ensure that all information about Expatriates is updated in the Expatriates Management System
• Ensure that expatriate employees have access to the provision of immigration services, tax assistance, recognition travel and cultural training
• Controlling and managing foreigners' Home Leave payments, foreign residence documents, immigration contracts, tax assistance, reconnaissance travel and cultural training

Requisites

• Experience (in the area): 5 to 7 years
• Academic Background: Higher Education in Business Administration
• Specific knowledge: knowledge of national legislation, computer support systems (Excel), and advanced English
