ADPP is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, to be based in Manhiça.
Duties
- Ensure that the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan is correctly executed
- Report on a 6-month basis to the donor
- Perform M&E visits to schools and communities
- Supervise M&E team work
- Cooperate with external evaluator and US partner Planet Aid
- Train project staff on the use of monitoring and evaluation tools
- Keep documentation and project files properly organized
- Assist in logistics for different events, such as: training workshops, advisers field visits, and others, as requested
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Statistics, Magagment or its equivalent
- Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written
- Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
- Skills to write qualitative and quantitative reports
- Knowledge of education and nutrition/food security policies
- Available to travel, in Maputo Province
- Ability to work well under pressure and successfully handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Capacity to effectively work in a team
