Fintrac is a leading US-based agriculture consulting firm with projects in Africa, Asia and Central America. We are currently recruiting senior technical and managerial staff for an upcoming, multi-year, USAID- funded Feed the Future project in Mozambique. The project will focus on increasing smallholder incomes through strengthened agribusinesses and supply chains for priority food and cash crops.
Requisites
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in management of daily monitoring and evaluation activities including maintenance of the PMP, baseline collection, performance data collection, and data quality assessments
- Previous experience monitoring and tracking results in data management systems
- Experience in indicator development, data collection and analysis, data quality assessments
- Experience creating and management performance monitoring plans for USAID projects, preferably in agricultural development
- Advanced degree in international relations, economics, statistics, or other relevant field
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written, spoken and reading) is required
