PRI is recruiting a National Fleet Sales Manager (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Developing and executing an approved Fleet Sales Plan for the fleets and dealer customers
- Direct management responsibilities for a sales team of 10-12 Fleet Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives
- Responsible for segmenting Fleets into individual target lists that will maximize each team member’s efficiency/impact and establish performance targets
- Be an incentive team player who actively collaborates with key specializations/functions to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency for the sales team
- Responsible for developing a unique value-based solution that could include product, service and/or pricing. A full understanding of a fleet’s operation will be critical to recommending or developing the appropriate product to bring the most value
Requisites
- 3-5+ years or more sales experience, preferably to fleet customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, strong execution capability
- University degree or equivalent work experience
