PHCC is recruiting a National Health and Safety Manager (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Manage and review the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Plan and manage internal quality audit process
- Manage ISO certification process
- Implement and manage SHE nationally
- Drive, embed and improve on Health and Safety culture
- Manage the budget/expenses
- Staff Management and development
- Health and Safety
Requisites
- Relevant Quality assurance qualification or equivalent
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Procurement qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in SHE and Quality Assurance
- Experience of operations in the security industry would be an advantage MS Office
- Project Management
