NDT Specialist

Heading is recruiting a NDT Specialist, to be based in Veral Places, Mozambique.

Duties

• Preparation/Review/Approval/ Validation of NDT procedures
• Make sure that the NDT facilities and equipments are kept always efficient and calibrated
• Implementation of NDT cross-checks for periodic testing of the NDT operators performance
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and technical solutions
• Witness

Requisites

• IT: Good knowledge of MS Office Package
• Facilities: excellent knowledge of welding and NDT techniques, basic knowledge of metallurgy and welding engineering principles, good knowledge of pressure vessel/piping inspection and certification requirements (PED etc)
• Quality: good knowledge of QA/QC Welding Management Systems
• HSE: basic knowledge of construction and commissioning HSE requirement and standards implementation
• Radioprotection
• Basic knowledge of radioprotection principles and main requirements
