Melt Group is recruiting a One Card Administrator, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Network and telecom strategy reviewed
- Performance reports with service providers reviewed
- Overall reliability of networks, switches and routers managed
- Asset tracking reports for accuracy
- Provide input to service level manager for SLAs
- Report & Review incident and problem reports
- Review IS security policies and procedures with CTO on Architectures and Governance
- Review IS security reports for management Mancom and for audit reports for compliance
- Manage agreed risk mitigation plans
- Review agreement, documentation and improvement plans on IS security
- Communicate IS security requirements to business
- Provide input to service level manager for security SLAs
- Define user administration strategy for core systems
- Accountable for protection of company IT property and information
- Ensure that all mission critical services are secured with a workable, tested and documented Disaster Recovery plan
- Disaster Recovery plan should be tested at least once per year
- Review identified opportunities to improve customer service
- Agreement form done to improve customer service
- Define and agree SLAs with business
- Maintain database of Pricing, Customer and Vendor data
- Communicate, review performance and keep on track SLAs
- Define and Execute IBD strategic plan within broader IS strategy
- Plan & execution of budget against capital plan
- Plan & execution of expense/project budgets
- Technology Exploitation: Optimal utilisation of IT solutions
- Cost Effective Service Delivery: First quartile service provider (Gartner)
- Providing effective and efficient Customer Service: High levels of customer satisfaction as per IS survey results
- Ensure that all Retail systems are operational on a 24H basis
- Maintain al Retail l IT systems: POS, Back Office, Network infrastructure, routers, switches, communication links are up and running
- Provide support and assistance on branch and iWire solutions on Forecourt
- Ensure that all IT systems are operational on a 24H basis
- Maintain all IT systems: servers, mailing system, desktops & laptops, network infrastructure, routers, switches, communication links are up and running, telephony/PABX system
- Requisites
- Fluent English and Portuguese level
- Strong sales skills
- Experience of 5 years in sales in these kinds of products
- Preference for residents in Nacala (the company doesn’t support housing expenses)
Requisites
- Degree in Finance or Eocnomics
- English level
- Experience of 3 years as Credit Controller
