Operation Manager – Civil Engineering (m/f)

Duties

• Managing teams of operators in quarrying, concrete production or highly similar sectors, will head the day to day production requirements of the company´s quarries and will be responsible for quality control, production, purchasing of consumables, security, employee training and management amongst other responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure all the quality control and operational management are being held taking into to account all the procedures established
• Coordinate and work effectively with a developed and successful team

Requisites

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the management of quarrying and construction interests
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English
• Good Interpersonal skills
