Aldelia is recruiting an Operations Trainee (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Responsible to provide extensive support to employees, partners and clients on outsourcing queries
- Support the HR operations for all contractors and provide end to end support to them as applicable
- Serve as a key link between the recruitment team and finance team to ensure contractors commercial and HR information are processed effectively
- Support the planning, administering, implementation and controlling of weekly budgets for office operations purposes
- Ensure the office is running at full operational capacity
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices whilst implementing the right practices in the company in the specific location to improve performance
Requisites
- University Degree in any relevant field such as Management, Accounting, IT, Engineering or any related field
- Microsoft Office package (Excel domain preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in English language written and spoken
