The project aims at enhancing quality and availability of maternal and neonatal services in Beira Hospital and Health Centres.
Duties
- Ensure clinical activities foreseen by the project in the area of expertise
- Support health staff training in Paediatric ward and health centres
- Ensure technical assistance and supervision to health centres staff
- Collaborate to periodical elaboration of workplan and activity reports
- Participate in technical meetings in the area of expertise organised by Health Province Direction, Hospital, University or Development Cooperation Agencies
- Tutor a resident, if required
Requirements
- University Degree in Medicine and Surgery with further specialisation in Paediatrics
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese
- Previous experience in Developing Countries
