Park Supervisor

Grindrod is recruiting a Park Supervisor, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• General Operation Supervision on yard
• Staff and contractor management and planning
• Client relation (Port captain, vessel crew, agent
• Execute all MCTL Management objectives
• Be presentable at all times
• Ensure that all MCTL equipment is used as is intended
• Identify deviations and implement corrective action
• Enhance continuous e efficiency improvements
• Support vessel supervisors
• Understand layout of vessels
• Understand vessel plan
• Execute all MCTL Management objectives
• Customer Relations
• Documentations relations
• Vessel planning

• 2 years Supervisors experience in related field
• English and Portuguese
