Eazi Access Rental is recruiting a Parts and Logistics Manager (m/f), to be based in Matola, Mozambique.
Duties

Logistic Managment
- Ensuring that all deliveries and collections are carried out within specified times
- Co-ordinating the trucks and drivers to ensure that the schedule is adhered to
- Ensuring that all deliveries are effected within 20 minutes of scheduled time
- Ensuring that all collections are done within 24 hours of off-hire
- Knowing exactly where each truck is always by monitoring the tracking
AX System
- Ensure AX is managed and updated on a real-time basis to accurately measure delivery and collection times as well as various administration duties
- Responsible for AX System management, QC and damages controller
- Ensure that completed inspection sheets are relayed to workshop planner for data capture
Controls and reporting
- Communicate all late deliveries to Hire Desk and Rep, as well as customer
- Ensure that drivers communicate via sms when machines are delivered and collected
- Check Trackmatic on trucks
- Ensuring that all deliveries and collections are completed in real time on AX and that information entered into the system is 100% accurate at all times
Outbound Machines
- Visually inspect all machines which are turned from Red to Green and complete the Q.C. check sheet (all documents in the document box)
- Q.C. sticker to be placed on ground control
- Machines which fail the Q.C. check must be referred to Workshop Manager within 30min
- Q.C. failed machines will be repaired on same day
- Q.C. check sheets are to be filed in monthly Q.C. file
- Submit all info to Senior Quality Officer
Customer Service
- Ensure that any delays are communicated to customers telephonically
General
- To ensure that a professional image is always projected, i.e. grooming and company vehicle
- To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access Rental provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance always
- To promote Eazi Access Rental and do everything possible to enhance its image
- To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
- To work in harmony with other employees in the Company
- To ensure that confidentiality in all Eazi Access Rental matter is maintained
- To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
- Compliance to standard operation guidelines of Eazi Access Rental
Requisites
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics
- Minimum 5 years experience at Management level
