Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position PEPFAR DREAMS Deputy Coordinator
Duties
- Under the supervision of the PEPFAR DREAMS Coordinator, the job holder supports the expansion, implementation, and monitoring of the DREAMS program in Mozambique
- Job holder provides technical expertise and coordination for the DREAMS (Determined Resilient Empowered AIDS Free, Mentored, Safe) program within the context of in-country HIV/AIDS programs supported through the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)
- Job holder collaborates with the U.S. team colleagues, host country Ministry of Health and other HIV/AIDS implementing partners in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the DREAMS initiative in Mozambique. These activities are all geared toward preventing HIV infection in adolescent girls and young women
