SDO Moçambique is recruiting a Personal Assistant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Dutie
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients/partners
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Organize the agenda of the Administrator(s) of the area(s) to which he/she is allocated, in order to guarantee the articulation of commitments
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Plan and organize meetings, events and trips, giving all the necessary logistical support
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Prepare letters, reports and presentations
Requisites
- Training in Secretariat or Administration
- Age between 25 years - 35 years
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Portuguese and English spoken fluently
