Planning Supervisor

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Planning Supervisor, to be based in Tete.

Duties

• Responsible to ensure the planning of the activities, reducing the costs and enhance the availability of the mining mobile equipment

Responsabilities

Truck

• Start & monitor maintenance plans
• Schedule Maintenance Plans
• Correct & Update planned Hours on Task Lists
• Validate scope of work
• Allocate Resources (People, Spares, Services..)
• Reserve internal material
• Expedite Material availability and delivery
• Expedite Services availability and delivery on time

Infra

• Evaluate job card informed by inspectors and other users
• Priorize job card services
• Forwarding planning activities and material provision
• Monitor orders release term by maintenance plan
• Include activities in maintenance plan
• Create year budget
• Create PCR schedule
• Attend week schedule meeting
• Resources order

Requisites

• Graduate degree in respective field
• At least 5 years experience in planning project management which includes planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating planning projects to ensure objectives are met
• Able to communicate in both english and portuguese
• Knowledge of interpreting the laws, rules, regulations and procedures in the field
  experience in staff supervision of two or more employees which includes to plan, assign, review, discipline, recommend hire, promotion, termination and administer performance plans and reviews
