Program Lead (m/f)

Duties

• Project management: manage team, report to the company management, and ensure compliance with work plans and milestones
• Financial management: oversee financial aspects of the program
• Monitoring, evaluation and learning: supervise the collection of data about interns, candidates and hosting companies ensuring quality of data
• Analyze data on a quarterly basis and produce reports on results for donors and sponsors
• Marketing & communications: work closely with marketing team to develop and produce articles, videos and other media outputs about the program
• Donor/sponsor relations management
• Understand the different requirements of each donor and ensure that these are met
• IT/database management
• Representative: be the face of the MNK internship program

Requisites

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar subject
• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Experience working with donors and private sector is a big advantage
• Experience in leading a team
• Willing to travel within Mozambique
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
