Aldelia is recruiting a Project Administrator (m/f), to be based in Vilanculos, Mozambique.
Duties
- Providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Responsible for general area/department and is the team’s expert in methods and tasks efficiencies
- Operates within relatively standardized guidelines from superiors regarding what is required and how it is to be done
- Constantly interacts with people in dealing with day-to-day effectiveness of delivery
Duties performed may include, amongst others:
- Team travel arrangements
- Vehicle fleet management
- Management of communication devices, including radios, mobile phones, data cards and satellite phones
- Taking and issuing of technical meeting minutes
- Preparation of documents and reports
- The use of office technology and reporting of defective IM and presentation equipment
- Compiling records
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Posting information
- Greeting/referring/assisting visitors/clients/staff/others
- Mail distribution
- Management of line manager calendar, and photocopying
Requisites
- Minimum 5+ relevant years of experience
- Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Technical/Project/Business/Travel Management Background
- Computer Skills: A variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
