Project Manager

Critical Software, a software engineering company with a strong presence in the international markets and high growth profile looks for a Project Manager. The candidates are to be integrated in a highly-qualified and motivated project teams working in Mozambique.

Functions

The candidate will perform Software Project Management activities: manage the team, the plan, perform risks analysis, ensure accomplishment of key milestones and report progress to upper management.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in Project Management
• Experience in software development methodologies and life-cycle processes
• Experience in project planning, risk analysis and scope management
• Experience with remote team management
• Knowledge in Software Quality Assurance best practices
• Knowledge in international standards (ISO9001, ISO12207, ISO15504, CMMI)
• Excellent documentation skills and mastery of the English language
• Desirable to have specific training and certification in project management aligned with PMI
• Mozambican
