US Embassy is recruiting a Public Health Data Analyst - Monitoring and Evaluation, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- The M&E Specialist will serve as the Senior Strategic Information Program Specialist (SIPS) and will be a member of the Epidemiology, Surveillance, Monitoring and Evaluation (ESME) Branch within the CDC/Mozambique office
- Main duties of the position are to plan, initiate, and conduct complex data analyses for HIV/AIDS activities and to also provide technical assistance to CDC implementing partners in the monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS programs

Requisites
- A Master\'s degree (or host country equivalent) in public health, social science is required AND a minimum of five years of progressively responsible, work experience as a monitoring and evaluation specialist in a health/medical research organization, university or public health program implementing agency is required
- A Bachelor’s degree (or host country equivalent) in public health, social science is required AND a minimum of seven years of work experience as a monitoring and evaluation specialist who analyzed data in a health/medical research organization, university or public health program implementing agency is required
- Level III English (fluency in both written and verbal) is required. Will be tested
- Level III Portuguese (fluency in both written and verbal) is required. Will be tested
