Mashova is recruiting a Receptionist to be based in Matola.

Duties
  • Answer phones and operate the switchboard
  • Route calls to specific people
  • Answer inquiries about company
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
  • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Ensure reception area is tidy
  • Control mail flow in and out of office
  • Drafts letters, memos and report as requested by Management
  • Arrange appointments
  • Send email and faxes
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
  • Perform photocopying, filing, and clerical duties
  • Prepare travel itineraries and hotel bookings for visitors and management as requested
  • Take and relay messages
  • Update appointment calendars
  • Control and request office stationery
  • Schedule follow-up appointments if needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requisites
  • 12th Grade or Matric
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Information management
  • Organizing and planning
  • Reliability
  • Stress tolerance
