Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Regional General Manager, to be based in Nampula.
Duties
- Strategize business development through formal and informal input to Corporate for attending sales and marketing meetings
- Support product development, sales, gathering Voice of Customer and offer feedback to Marketing Director
- Direct and manage Regional Sales Representatives’ activities and review progress through Performance Management Evaluation process
- Schedule Regional sales meetings with Regional Sales Representatives to guide and share market information
- Achieve sales goals by motivating Regional Sales Representatives
- Plan product and application training for Regional Sales Representatives to strengthen capabilities
- Establish cooperative relationship with Regional General Managers, Customer Service Managers and National Account Managers
- Administer local promotional programs under budget
- Approve Regional Sales Representatives’ sample account as per Finance and Operations Department
- Promote and manage VIP relationships for Regional Organization through personal visits or phone contact
- Establish beneficial relationship with influential Regional customer executives
- Gather input and trends from customer groups through dealers and vendors
- Develop and execute key account management tools like Customer Relational Management process
- Execute Regional Strategic Planning Process and Strategic Business Approach
- Ensure field staff’s understanding of sales target, business policy and direction
Requisites
- Resident in Nampula
- Degree in business management
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- At least 5 years experience in the broadcasting/ cable TV/media field
