PRI is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager - FMCG, to be based in Maputo and Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Implement sales and marketing concepts, strategies to create value, drive sales, profitability, market share and brand loyalty
- Territory planning of field force
- Coaching and Mentoring of Sales Force
- Manage and develop the team
- Consolidation of clear targeting lists and customer knowledge management
- Complete quarterly Regional Sales Reviews
- Manage the sales operational budget
- Monthly Reports - Sales Team, Market Performance, Opportunity Analysis,
- Competitive Insight Regular field visits with reps to customers, Sales team monitoring
- Plan and drive Sales meetings and Training Sessions
- Developing & tracking representative performance and achievements of goals
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in Implementing Brand Plans
- Develop focused Strategies to build and strengthen customer relationships with existing and new customers
Requisites
- Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
- Appropriate 3 year Business Qualification
- Minimum 3 Years FMCG (cross functional experience) Retail And Wholesale
- Minimum 2 years Management experience (multiple team members)
